Shop Policy

JOURNEY IN INK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Loss, damage or theft of packages/items once they are checked in for delivery by USPS. Once USPS has it in their possession, we are released from liability for lost items. You will need to contact them and file a claim with them for your missing package.  
  • Delays in delivery after the packages/items have been checked in to USPS. Bad weather can cause delays in mail carrier transportation.
  • Replacing or refunding items or shipping costs because orders were sent to a wrong address provided by the customer. Please take caution when entering addresses and DOUBLE and TRIPLE check your order before placing it. If your order is sent to the wrong address and sent back to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs to send the package again. 

- We will not be able to change your order, your address, or enter coupon codes for a discount after you have placed your order. If you have questions about an item, or your order, please email us BEFORE placing your order so we can help you.

- Order processing time is 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed and made, it will ship through USPS.  

- All sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged due to a manufacturer defect, or the wrong item has been sent to you, please email us, and we will make it right!
