Returns

We do not accept returns. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@journeyinink.com

 

Undelivered Items

If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services these orders will be held for a defined period of time (per Courier's policy) for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. 

If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us there will be a reshipment fee (calculated using the weight and dimensions of your package) due prior to reshipment.
